KJ's HIIT class on Saturday is fantastic. High energy and challenging. He's great at what he does.
Don't get me wrong, the facility is pretty great. But, with few members wearing masks nor keeping safer distances around weights, they certainly aren't meeting safe standards for COVID-19. I could see myself liking the yoga class, but I couldn't hear the instructor over the music from the class next door not the open gym on the other side.
Friendly staff & a always clean gym.
Great gym, but they have too many of some machines and not enough of others. There's no adduction/abduction. Only 1 Smith rack and a pretty small area for free weights. They don't comply with covid standards of having a staff member go around to sanitize throughout the day, especially not in the mornings when busiest. They do not enforce mask rules either for staff and personal trainers
