Cleveland Fire Dept is very good at responding to emergency calls very quickly and handling all in a fast and safe response for all.

As I still sit here finishing up the best dining experience of my life I just have to thank, Rob, our server. He was so bright and cheerful and happy to have a conversation with my boss and I that it really put a smile on our faces. We came into Firebirds just to get a quick bite to eat because of engine problems and ended up meeting a fantastic staff that treated us as royalty! Thank you again! -Michael McKenna
