Dahl repaired two windows and replaced a garden window. The picture window replacement transformed the look and feel of my tiny and cramped kitchen. Very happy that Dahl could replace the glass units that had lost their seal without having to replace the entire window and frame. I'm sure an unscrupulous company would have sold me two complete windows. Highly recommend calling Dahl.
Heard good recommendations, went there and placed an order and called back after maybe 10 days and they had a question about it (dont know why they didnt call me). Called back after 2 more weeks and they said the person I needed to talk to was busy and they'd call me back. Three days later, they still hadn't called back so I called and and got sent to an answer machine at noon. It is now past closing (4pm) no reply. I'll update this review if they surprise me, but for now I'd suggest you steer clear of these folks.
Everyone I've encountered at Dahl Glass, on the phone, in the office and the service techs have been super helpful, kind and provided awesome customer service. Great to have such a professional company available for all window needs.
I needed help in replacing a large double-pane window. Dahl Glass showed up on time for the estimate, and when the work was performed. They did an excellent job and the new window looks great!
