Great customer service and always good suggestions, support and advice you can rely on.
Bad experience overall. We walked into the store clearly interested in paint (looking at the paint cans and then colors) and there were two employees not helping customers. They never offered to help us or even walk over near us. When i asked about samples I was grudgingly told the price as well as the price of the 5 gallon bucket I was interested in that was missing a price. (There were numerous price tags missing). I came into the store knowing which paint wanted to buy and pretty sure about it which would have been thousands of dollars worth of sale for the store. I had already done the research I just wanted a little more information. Instead I went to home depot which didn't have great customer service but I'm not going to pay $80/gallon for paint when I cant get any information about it or help with it. The owners of the store should really rethink how they sell paint and who they hire.
