Very rude mechanics they have had my new expedition for over 2 months parts finally got in 2 days ago and they said they don't have to work on it (under warranty) till they want to if I'm lucky they would work on it next week. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I'm never buying a Ford again. The whole experience with Ken Graff Ford has been so disappointing. 80k for a new vehicle and absolutely no customer support. They pretty much told me to as a customer I don't matter what so ever. As a business owner if my employees treated a customer as I was treated they wouldn't have a job !
We always use the Ken Garff Quick Lube services. They are always fast & efficient at keeping our vehicles serviced & maintained.
Started at Stephen wade. Yeah big mistake there, then continued to most every other car dealership around. These guys were easy to deal with, thanks Trent and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. I in fact got the best deal I found in weeks of searching on a dodge at a ford dealership no less.
