I placed an order for a book on August 2 to be shipped to my home. After 2 weeks with no word, I contacted them and was told, “Those books are still in route to our store and we expect them any day now.” Meanwhile, while entering week 4, I am in my second week of classes and still no book.nnEDIT: they realized they made a mistake and didn’t have the book so they offered to make an exception and sell me a new version of the book.nnEDIT 2: They let me know the book would ship out with next day delivery (at no extra charge) on August 25 . . . three days later - still no book. . .
I love that store just a little bit pricey
The online order pick up is the worst system in place. One person working and over an hour wait time in line.
Clean , organized and very professional
CSU student bookstore, loads of apparel and other stuff like notebooks, chargers and such items.
