We were traveling from Seattle thru St George, Utah and experienced car trouble. We had our vehicle towed to a local shop. The next morning Kia went and picked it up with their truck, looked it over and let us know what repairs were necessary. Jeff Hafen, the service manager was incredibly helpful and very fair with the repairs that were necessary. He did everything possible to keep our costs to a minimum. I felt that Jeff went over and above, going out of his way to help us with our vehicle situation. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you Jeff, and Findlay Kia of St George!!
