Set an appointment of few days ago just before the weekend and was told that the windshield would be in today, Tuesday. Unfortunately I get the car in and about 10 minutes later I get a call saying they can't find the windshield and this took time out of my day and delays and other stuff I wanted to do and it is costly and so I am at the point where I want the windshield put in for free and/or send them a bill for the cost of the motel Room and other costs acquired while waiting for them
