Parked, paid for 3 hours. Machine not giving receipts. Citation on my windshield for not paying.... Now, they want a receipt that was never given. This is gonna get exciting!!!!!!!

This company is rude to speak with and is out to grab your money without legal rights to do so. I highly suggest appealing through the BBB and Ohio Attorney General for any citation that was not deserved.nnI'm happy to pay tickets that I deserve; however when your employee misses the parking pass in my vehicle and you choose to deny my appeal even after I provide proof --I will go after you for predatory business practices, which is exactly what this is.
