Great group of guys!
Went in on a busy day waited 3 hours to have a brake flush and tire rotation, discovered while leaving they didn't finish the jobs because the techs got too busy, had to come back the following day as they had already closed. Upon returning they claimed to have finished the work from before, asked them to redo the brake flush anyway, they agreed and after leaving this time the car felt much better when braking. So just got to keep an eye out during the busy times so they don't miss things on your vehicle by accident.
Update 10/24/20 there forgot to screw on the cap all the way for the brake fluid container making it leak. So always double check any work they do or just don't go here.
Pete was a very amazing staff member I got the pleasure of meeting. Their shop was slammed and I had to get an alignment. I called and they made room for my vehicle and had it done quicker than anticipated. This is my new favorite shop to go to in the Saint George area!
I was stranded in St George after a tire blew over a weekend. This Big O location was great to work with, got me right in, and charged fair prices. Ty was particularly good to work with,
These guy's are great, I get in and out very promptly. I had two separate tires go flat within two day's of each other, and as much as I'd prefer they had checked all tires when they fixed the first, I was able to get in early enough not to have to wait and I was still able to make it to class. I'm very appreciative that they have early morning hours so I can get my tires taken care of before I start my day.
