Not a good experience, don’t expect to make any friends here, get them in, get them out atmosphere. Rude gets you no where in today’s society, and expect it as soon as you walk in. I have to wonder if friends wrote the good reviews. They made sure I knew they did not accept insurance, did not matter, they billed a non covered visit, leaving me with a large percentage of the claim, my insurance does have out of network benefits and did make a partial payment on the X-ray, but not the high dollar 5 min visit, however I still received a bill for the whole amount. Sometimes you need to pay attention to the bad reviews, I did not, my bad. I now believe the one star review below, this office is not helpful, and obviously they are only here for a buck. First thing I was asked for, payment. This office is not concerned that the patient is a person, instead you are $$$. Make sure you know what codes they are going to bill, even if you have insurance.

As wonderful an experience as a root canal can be! Dr. Schneider was friendly and honest about the state of my tooth and what the chances of saving it were. The procedure was painless and relatively quick and I was comfortable the entire time. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful in providing me with multiple payment options. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a root canal.

Staff is very friendly, Becky at the front desk is amazing and got me in very quickly when I was in pain. Dr. Schneider was wonderful explaining everything to me about root canals and crowns. I feel very informed about my decisions I'm going to have to make. I highly recommend this endodontist, because I love they took the time to explain everything to me.

Just had my 2nd root canal completed here... hopefully my last one! If not, I’ll be back here! Plan to go no where else. Flawless procedure, literally pain free! I fell asleep both times even :)

Dr. Schneider is awesome!! He's very thorough when explaining the procedure that's going to be done (which I like a lot). I had to get a re-treatment done on a root canal I had done nearly 9 years ago and I felt absolutely nothing.nnAlso, his staff is amazing! I'm not hoping for another root canal or anything, but if I have to get another one done I'm definitely going to Dr. Schneider!!
