CTC Layover

I am making a report of bus number 1817 and its 17 NG route and the time that the driver picked me up was at 3:20 pm she was late getting to my stop then when I got on the bus she tried to charge me extra after already paying then she kept asking me how am I and I don't have to talk to the drivers if I don't wanna and then while getting off the bus she asked where my zone check was and I said you didn't give me one... by the way this was an older black lady so metro coorperate if your reading this please fire that driver cause she isn't very nice and she don't know how to do her job right!!!nnUpdate on 08/03/2019nnSo I'm making another report from this exact bus stop and it's bus number 1819 I was catching 17 NG at 7:21 pm well the driver had got there late and then walked over to burger king then came back empty handed and then he drove off at 7:35 when he was suppose to leave at 7:21 so then were going past the mall and he then pulls up to the other burger king and he had kids and his wife with him so then he took another 15 minutes and it caused all of us riders to be late where we had to go so not happy at all please fire this driver or explain that he can't be making extra stops for himself when he feels like it because that is ridiculous you know people do have schedules and can't be late!!! And fyi this is a color dude that was driving he looks young so metro corperate or metro workers in offices whoever is in charge of metro drivers please have a talk with this driver.

When the bench was there I would have given it a score of 4
