Amazing experience that is so hard to find these days! Jeremy, Mike and Izadore were truly perfect to work with. We will be back for sure... thank you for such a positive experience guys our floor looks amazing!!

Have worked with this store twice over the past year and a half because I was so impressed with the first job, and I'm willing to pay more for quality and a job well done. They have updated the flooring and baseboard trim in our entire house now and a custom carpet rug as well, and I love every inch. Jeremy has been super helpful throughout the process and absolutely knows his craft - and I'm a hard customer, SUPER picky. Our hard floor installer Adam was also very good and efficient - clearly has been doing this a while and it shows!

We purchased carpet and had the most pleasant experience. From the moment Jeremy Coons greeted us it was smooth sailing. He was easy to talk to, very professional and helpful, and certainly put the customer first. I was dreading the process of buying carpet and he made it so easy. I would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and professional installation! I highly recommend Buddy's Flooring America, at the Colerain Avenue location. I needed a quick install for several large rooms of carpet and Jeremy Coons came to my rescue. Other carpet stores were heavily booked and couldn't meet my deadline for installation. I called Buddy's Flooring and Jeremy immediately offered assistance. He scheduled a visit to take measurements, brought along a few carpet samples and arranged to have the carpet installed in just 1 week!!! I was amazed and very pleased. The installers were polite and efficient. They did an excellent job. Thank you Jeremy!

Excellent service from Dave Mullins and his team from Buddy's Carpet on Colerain. After not one, but two no shows from a big box store, Dave was the man!! He helped me pick out a great carpet for my basement. No high sales pressure, and I got a fantastic deal. Installation was great, and I am thrilled with my carpet and so are my kids. Will go back to him for my next carpet need without question!!
