AutoZone's customer service is wonderful at this location. I've been multiple times, and each time I've been treated with great respect and care. Their free battery and alternator checks are a great institutional service, but the people set it apart. When the clerk who checked us out noticed that we were having a hard time removing our corroded battery, she came out and helped us out for 15 minutes, providing much needed assistance. She didn't have to do that, and it was greatly appreciated. I'll come here for all future automotive needs.
Unbelievable!! We were pulling our little camper all day across Utah and the charging system in our old minivan started going kaput. We barely made it to this Autozone just before closing time. Scott (manager extraordinaire) and Tomas (world's fastest battery installer) both did everything they could to help. They properly diagnosed the problems and Tiffany even found a good mechanic to install the new/remanufactured alternator the following Sunday morning. Amazing. Since it was late, after closing up the store, Scott drove us 12 miles out to our campground, and Tomas drove out the next morning to bring us back in! They were truly helping instead of simply selling. Tomas said the team he works with here makes it an enjoyable place to be every day. We will be coming back to St. George and will make sure to stop by again. THANKS!!

Great. always has what I need and they always move as fast as they can to make sure I'm not waiting long. But takes enough time with each customer to make sure we feel like their attention is on us
