Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Showed up to my Covid-19 test at the exact scheduled time, call the number they tell me to call, and then nobody picks up for 45 minutes... 45 minutes sitting in a parking lot calling the same number over and over hoping for a different result. Not the first time they have been utterly unresponsive, and given their track record, probably won’t be the last either.

Please update your website with current pharmacy hours. A little pink post-it note on the sign inside the store doesn’t get it.

Waited in line forever, then they told me my prescription wouldn't be ready for 25-30 minutes. Told them okay, no problem, I'll wait. So I parked for 45 minutes and came back to be told they didn't have my daughters nystatin filled and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. Nystatin comes in a tube out of a box; it doesn't need to be mixed or measured out. Had to go to work so I left and had to have my husband load my daughter up for a second time later that day. No sense of urgency here at all. I won't use them again.

Waited over 24 hours for a simple prescription to be filled. Staff was rude, poor customer service.

Drive through too slow. Fast turntime on refills though.
