Empire Dental truly cares for their patients. Not just the doctors in the office, but the office staff themselves are incredible. I have had a tough dental situation that has been ongoing. However, every single time I call the office the staff is incredibly helpful! One person in particular is April. April communicated with me and my doctor all day with various phone calls just in order to help me get things figured out. This act of immediate attention and urgency to solve the issue, combined with so much compassion, is how I want to be treated as a patient. April, thank you so much! And thank you to Empire Dental!

Have had the most pleasant experience with this group in an undesirable situation. First the front of the house staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly and caring! Dr. Wang is super amazing, I've never had shots I didn't mind getting, she puts you at ease! Had too come back cause experiencing more problems and they got me in the next day and are working with me with resolving the problem.. also the assistants that work along with Dr. Wang are wonderful and very happy, friendly and try to explain everything to you on what's going on! Wish this could be my regular dentist office to come too all the time!

I wish I knew everybody's name I dealt with! April and John at the front desk were nothing but helpful and kind to me (and I called them A LOT after my surgery) Everybody answered all of my questions and made me feel so safe. My oral surgeon Dr Russel was absolutely incredible and did so much for me, his assistant in the room at my surgery was also amazing, my surgery went perfect and I healed perfectly! I want to thank everyone at Empire for treating me so well and being so patient with me! You guys are the absolute best. :)

I highly recommend this group. I was a patient there recently and saw Dr. Wang. She was friendly and explained the conditions and options to me in great detail. I was very impressed that she called me at home later after my scans were read to explain everything and make sure I understood. I then saw Dr. Russell for consultation regarding an extraction. After that consultation Dr. Wang called me again to review everything and make sure I understood what was going to happen. Dr. Russell was very nice and explained everything in great detail. My experience was pain-free. Dr. Russell called me that evening to check on me and to be sure I was doing well. I will definitely come back to this office if needed in the future. Great job everyone!

Everyone that my son and I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable. My son is 8 and he actually enjoyed going there. For real. I believe he said that it was fun. The office is clean and has very modern equipment. Highly recommend!
