Scherzinger treats our home with their guardian protection program. The program provides us with termite and insect protection throughout the year, we have not been disappointed one time with the protection. We are surrounded by woods and Scherzinger Guardian protection gives us a confidence that our home will be insect and pest free. Here is a loyal customer of sure singer. The staff and technicians are professional and customer oriented. I like feeling like I am a valued customer, and Scherzinger Makes that happen.
We had a new service tech today. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do and took the time to explain why not to use the chemicals inside if not necessary. I appreciated that he was concerned about our health and chemical safety. He performed out guardian service which we get quarterly and stopped at the door when he was finished to let me know the issues he found. He was very professional.
I have utilized the services of Scherzinger Pest Control, on an ongoing basis, for many years. I am so very pleased with the work done by Sean, the technician who has serviced my account for (2) years. He represents the company so well, and does excellent work. Sean is always pleasant, punctual, and professional. The thing that I appreciate most is that Sean excels in client education, always advising me of what he is doing and what may need to be done to assure the desired results. The technician, Brandon, was on time and went right to work. He seemed knowledgeable about our ant problem and completed an inside the home and perimeter treatment within an hour. Very satisfied with Sherzinger Pest Control. Would definately use them again...
