My entire family sees Dr. Mark. He is the most caring and attentive dentist I have ever been too. His staff also reflect his demeanor. There is no other dentist around that I would go to. I absolutely recommend Dr. Mark and his team.
This is my story. I have been coming here for around a year or close. I had car problems and had forgotten to call and missed my appointment. I now feel like I am no longer welcome due to missing 1 appointment. It's like you only get 1 chance and if you mess up for any reason then they are done with you. I'm truly disappointed that it seems no one is worth a second chance. We are only human after all and no one is perfect. For my short experience, I did enjoy the place and bragged to all accordingly. Still I'm quite disappointed for not getting a second chance. I would recommend this place if it wasn't for the way they discard you so easily.
