Fast, efficient lines. There is a nice flow to the floor layout. The door on the side keeps it from getting congested.. This location is much better than the one I live close to, and I will travel the extra distance to eat here. The foos tastes freshly made and they don't skimp on the rice!
Ordered a bowl with chicken and extra steak, but what I got was a bowl with chicken and no steak. For the extra cost I paid I expect to receive what I ordered. The only redeeming quality of this experience is that the food I did get was decent and customer service was helpful in processing a refund for the missing steak. There needs to be better accountability for online orders.
The kid making my bowl was incredibly rude, and tried to charge me for double rice when I asked for extra. I’ve had the exact same order for 4 years and have never had an issue with requesting extra rice. This location is a disappointment to what is ultimately a great place to eat. Every other chipotle I’ve been to has been great.
I don’t really have any problems... my husband ordered for pick up. He got my sons food, my daughters food, and his food, but he got my order wrong. So I went on the Chipotle app and had it delivered. I got my food but I also got someone else food. Everything was fine but they guy didn’t get his food.
I was trying to get some food and the doors were lock and they told me it was online orders only. I understand the need to protect workers from COVID but this is just ridiculous and makes no sense. You’re a restaurant not and Amazon fulfillment factory!!! Don’t go here!
