So happy to say there is another independent bookstore in the area! I stopped into Bookit Nook last week and loved my experience. The outside doesn't do the inside justice. They took a strip-mall corner spot and turned it into a warm and creative experience. Many of their book pics are forward thinking and not touristy. Additionally, they have a drive-through: Yes, you can order online and pick up your books without entering the store, if desired. Support an independent, non-Amazon, woman-owned bookstore and pop in. Did I mention they house a python named Papaya?
Such a unique take on a bookstore. Feels so welcoming and warm with some impressive titles that'll surely keep the whole family coming back! Be sure to checkout the children's section in the back!
