Even though the housing market in Columbus, Ohio, is simply crazy at the moment, Brad made the house hunting process a really wonderful experience for us. He was incredibly responsive whenever we wanted to go see a home, snatched up viewing appointments quickly, and gave the advice we needed to hear when considering whether to put in an offer.nnOur new home was truly meant to be. It was the second house we had ever seen, the first one we put an offer on, and afterwards was the house to which we compared all others.nnInitially, our offer was not accepted, but Brad still kept tabs on the house. When it looked like the winning offer was going to unfortunately fall through, Brad quickly called us to see if we wanted to become the backup offer (all the while keeping our expectations in check, as it was a long shot). But the long shot ended up paying off!nnWe feel truly lucky to call this house our home, and feel incredibly grateful to Brad for helping us on this journey. We couldn't recommend him more!

This was our first home buying experience, and Brad was extremely helpful. He took the time to make sure we understood the process and knew what step needed to happen when. He was responsive, professional and caring. He took the time to get to know us and our home needs and never pushed anything out of parameters on us. I suggest Brad to everyone I know looking to buy a house in Columbus, Oh. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Bradley provided the appropriate recommendation on price of the home I was selling. He shared his strategy for the sale. He listed it and sold it in a day. He was the listing and selling agent and did a great job helping both parties agree on terms so the transaction was friendly with good energy. Prior to the sale, Bradley had a 3D tour made of the home. That was beneficial as a couple from LA purchased the home without seeing it in person. Bradley was a true professional and very responsive. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Brad was the best choice I could have made in my home-selling process. I often called him my emotional support animal because he was always available to answer questions, explain complicated parts of the process, and provide guidance. I couldn't have trusted him more, and he never steered me wrong. My home was listed and in contract in under 12 hours, above list price, and everything went smoothly because I listened to him at every step. He clearly advocates for his clients and loves what he does - pick Brad!
