Always jam packed. The elevators in this garage are horribly slow. Sadly, with all of the massive pain I'm in, and I usually have my 4 yr old with me too, I pretty much HAVE to take the elevator - especially because I often wind up on the 3rd or 4th floor before I can even find an accessible slot. They SERIOUSLY need to modernize/overhaul those lifts.
