This store and staff matched a custom stain on an old piece of pine trim that I was having a heck of a time matching. In fact once they had their match and called me (within 24 hours) I went to review the match and asked them to add just a few drops of a couple pigments to slightly tweak the color and it came out to be a near perfect match. My experience was pleasant and I would absolutely return. Below is a photo of the shoe molding/quarter round that I stained to match the baseboard and the custom vent stained to match the floor. Thanks!
Great experience today at Sherwin Williams on Reed Road. The store manager, Morgan, offered me assistance in selecting wall colors for my home while I was looking through the wide variety of beautiful and well organized paint chips. Really impressed that she did that without me even asking!
Two stars for the employee but zero stars for the painters he picked from your referral wall. I've contacted 2 so far and spoke on the phone to both. The first said he would stop by that evening, but he didn't nor did he call. The other set an appointment for the next morning, cancelled via text 30 minutes before and has not followed up though she said she would reschedule. Do you do any vetting of the painters you refer?
