Contacted this company in mid September about bats in my attic. Justin was very responsive and sent Ashton(who is great) out right away. They gave estimate and I asked them to proceed with the job. They did a bat watch and installed a one way door... They were paid in full for the job. The last time they came to check attic was Oct 13, they were to return in 2 weeks, I haven't been able to get any response since that time. Numerous phone calls and text messages to Justin with no results. They all were great in the beginning...Ashton is absolutely great, he knows his job and is very professional. I am now going to have to get another company to finish the job that Justin collected the money to do. Buyer beware!

Top notch customer service. We had an emergency injured skunk. Chris was very informative, and kind. We couldn’t find anyone to help, or give us the time of day, and Chris and Ashton came to the rescue! My hero’s of the day - literally!

I spoke with Chris. I identified my concerns. Maybe it was an off moment for him, maybe for me too. But the intense contempt and judgment he spouted were beyond anything I'd ever expected or experienced from a company representative before. Shocking lack of customer service!! I wouldn't hire them for anything at all. At any price. At anytime.

We used Emergency Pest & Wildlife Services today for the first time. Ashton and Caleb showed up quickly and handled the stinky (skunk) problem. The service was awesome right from the first communication. They showed up earlier than promised and were extremely professional and nice. The price to remove the skunk was very reasonable. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!

This company is Amazing!!!! From speaking to Justin one of the owners who was very professional and explained the process, warranty and the cost no hidden fees thank you. But I want to give a big shout out to Ashton who is flipping amazing !!! He was very accommodating, professional and patient we me while I was destroying ( renovating) my home he reworked his schedule a few times for me ud83dude0a Ashton you are my hero thank you sooooo much for all you've done words cannot express how much I appreciate you!!!
