Very professional and easy to work with. I called COBE because my business's previous exterminator went out of business. COBE was out that week and took care of all our needs. Justin was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend COBE to any business looking for an all around exterminator.
I didn't end up going with central Ohio Bug extermination for the full process due to a contract with our apartment complex, but in my interactions with them they were incredibly professional and polite. They were very flexible and willing to show up immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services.
I was afraid of pesticides and insecticides to be sprayed all over my apartment before I met workers of Central Ohio Bug Extermination. I am thankful to them for taking good care of my concern and did not let bug elimination treatment affect me. This company has such brilliant employees to manage everything effectively. I rate them by giving a full ten upon ten to their extraordinary services.
When yellow jackets invaded our second story eaves we tried treating the problem ourselves. Total fail! On the weekend we called a few companies and left messages. Justin was the first to call us back. He was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was reasonable, so we asked him to come as soon as he could. He came about two days later and sprayed, and within two days we stopped seeing any bees! We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company!
