I am very pleased with the recent remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom by JAE Upper Arlington (UA) on Lane Avenue. I was very pleased with Linda, their office associate; Matt, their project manager; and, all of JAE's contractors. My first contact was over the phone with Linda. The way she answered my questions gave me a good first impression, and, throughout my project, she was a good company liaison and helped to keep the wheels greased. My second contact was with Matt S., JAE's project manager. Matt quickly came to my home to take measurements, and quickly provided me with designs and detailed quotes. Matt answered all my questions patiently, knowledgeably, and in a non-condescending manner. He never made me feel he was rushed for time during my interactions with him. He patiently helped me select all my materials from the big items (i.e. cabinets/drawers, floor, countertop, vanity, sinks) to the smaller items (i.e knobs, handles, and sink hardware). Matt did an excellent job of coordinating all of the work done by JAE's top-notch contractors. He made sure the work was done in a timely manner, and he was on site to check the quality of the work. I whole-heartedly would recommend JAE Upper Arlington for remodeling!

i've been here multiple times in the past few months and the lady at the front desk has never once had a mask on...during a global pandemic. AND there's a mask mandate in ohio.nalso matt is probably the least helpful 'salesperson' i've ever spoken with. after several calls and visits, he has been nothing but rude and completely disinterested in providing even a basic level of customer service. every time i spoke with him, i felt as though he couldn't be bothered to even answer simple questions. and when he did finally respond he was nothing but condescending and short. if someone is spending thousands of dollars, they're bound to have questions.nni'll be taking my business (for a rather large project) somewhere else, where mandates are obeyed and i'm shown common courtesy (where the employees have BASIC people skills).

I worked with the Lane Ave. office and Matt did a great job finding a cabinet in my budget. The cabinet replacement work was completed in 3 days and the measurement for the countertop was the next day. The countertop was installed 2 weeks after that. So, there wasn't more than 3 weeks without the kitchen. Total for 4 floor cabinets, 8 wall cabinets, granite countertop and installation was $11k.
