I love white Castle, I have been buying White Castle's burger for years. They were. 11cents when I started. In all that time I have never been so upset with the service. The young lady who took my order was rude, and very disrespectful .nThe tone she took with me, was unbelievable. When I got home, I threw everything away. I don't know...with that attitude she might have sip on my food. If a customer has a problem with the menu...please take the time to explain, please..I am a senior citizen and I know that the times have changed, But that was not called for.... I know of another location.... I don't think anyone should have to put up with that kind of behavior.

After driving 10 hours I arrived to Columbus OH and I was hungry. I decided to go to white castle of course and my van wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. This young man saw me sitting in the parking lot and asked me if I was OK. I informed him of my situation and he said its not a problem. He took my order and personally brought my food out and took my card back inside and ran my payment and brought my card back. That is customer service at its finest. I really appreciate ud83dude4f you Daniel. If he's not management. White Castle should definitely consider him for a management position. Once again. Thanks Daniel. ud83dude0a

This is the best white castle in the city of Columbus they always serve hot fresh food. They are friendly and they give you fast service. I absolutely love this location

When was the last time you were at white castle and been dissatisfied, I can't ever remember when that happened, you make the call. Always consistent, always been there for you!
