Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told 6 minutes until they are ready. Cool but why have I been sitting here for over 20 minutes for two sandwiches? Nobody was in front of my car and only two cars after.... Horrible horrible service. AVOID AVOID AVOID
If I could give negative stars I would. The lady at the window doesn't wear a mask, and tells everyone to park in spots away from the window so they can taketheir sweet time preparing your food. She told me they have no chicken tenders, so i order the new chicken sandwich combo. They never gave me my side and the fountain drink tasted off. Oh! And the best part! My sandwich was served on a mini bun! Never again.
Ordered a large mountain dew with lite ice and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles. Repeated my order. Cashier dropped my change before she gave it to me and I guess she expected me to get out of my vehicle and pick it up off the concrete because she didn't try to replace it. Gave me a medium drink when I asked for a large, no receipt, and 3 sandwiches with pickles. Where do I start?
Was not happy with other KFC'S in Columbus. This KFC changed my mind. It is a shame I have to drive across town to get good chicken.
My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the food after church this resurrection Sunday! Even though they had all new team members and got my order wrong !
