I think they try to do the best they can but AVOID ONLINE ORDERING. It’s never up when it says it will be. It’s not staffs fault. It’s corporate/management not having cut offs for online orders.

Chipotle make the best food. Places stay crowd with people or delivery everyday of the week and weekend. People never eat chipotle please tried it out one day.
Super busy but smooth enough to get you in and out. No pics, great customer service however
Good food, great location.. but horrendous corporate support.. the app is terrible.. can’t talk to anyone.. the bot sucks... I only received 74 points for an order that was $36 for 3 burritos, large quesadilla, 3 chips, a blackberry izzie, and a bottled lemonade..and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone.. would hate to move on to Moe’s or qdobe, but this is my 3rd problem with their loyalty program points and it’s beyond frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone or get it resolved
