Horrible customer service. Employess are very rude to customers and delivery persons picking up orders. Consistently lie and say they don't make certain items that are on the menu because they are too lazy to make them. Items that are available are Consistently made incorrectly. Have been given really bad attitude when orders are wrong. Will keep reporting this location to corporate until a positive change is made!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I went through the drive through and could hear the employee being extremely rude and short with the elderly man in front of me.nnWhen I pulled up, I also received the same treatment. After snapping at me to take my order, I asked for a coffee with Splenda. The employee rudely barked at me stating, “I don’t have Splenda”. I said, “No problem. Stevia please.” She snapped back, “I don’t have Stevia.” Both were on the menu as options, she could have politely said they were out.nnI get it. Working in the food service can be frustrating, I did it several years. But to treat people like you are angry at them for visiting your restaurant is unacceptable.
Stale english muffin with my breakfast sandwich. Will never go back to any locations. Rude drive thru associates. Will frequent Mc Donalds, Wendys, anybody but Tim Horton's for anything relating to fast food.
Would give it zero stars. Just terrible at everything. Makes you wander about the quality of today's school systems.
Quick service but sometimes the cashier has an attitude and its to early for that
