Food was fresh. Customer service was fast. Thank you for the wonderful experience I stopped to visit two days in a row because of the great customer service.

The reason I gave it at low score it's because the staff didn't seem to be engaged with the customers my chicken wings did not look good, look like they just splashed a little bit of barbecue sauce on them they had forgot a couple of items in my order so I had to wait there for them to give them to me

Anyway to Rally's East Broad and James Columbus Ohio I asked for chili dogs the 243 and a mother cruncher I understand when you have the answering program on but when a human being answered an ask welcome to Rally can I take your order and I place the order and they repeat the order what water should be in but when I came to the window to pay and ask where was the mother cruncher sandwich only she said you did not ask for that and I say yes I did and talk to you and she said ( noton) (noyoudidit) the slang way I repeat it back to her yes I did but just forget it I understand people's language and culture but this was from the street the way she talk I'm sure she's talked to others that way but the thing was I don't leave she just didn't get the rest of the order she could have said that let me check and would you like to order that because I did not get the rest of the order they also just throw your fries in the bag more in the bag then it is in the little pouches and baby extra herd they don't seem fresh. I have visit more than once so I will say this location needs a little bit better management

The service is very slow they need workers here you come and get food or they make you wait long time or is always the computer down or is closed twice last time burger was raw I called nobody answers you. Worst place ever

Been here a few times... The food is generally good and people are as friendly as I expect but.. seems like there's always something... I guess omitting pickles isn't allowed... Even tho it's literally printed on the receipt... Thankfully the cheese didn't get added and melted into everything...
