Papa John's Pizza

Terrible customer service, disorganized, poor treatment of employees, and uncooked pizza. l will never go there again..nnAbout a month ago, I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later. When I arrived, I was told that they hadn't made my order, but that they would begin making it right away. 40 minutes later they realized that they hadn't event started on the pizza and finally began making it. I wasted an extra hour of my time for mediocre pizza.nnI usually go to this location and always have a positive experience and figured that my previous experience was a one off, but I was wrong.nnThe next time I went, I ordered a half pepperoni pizza. I usually never open the box to check my pizza before I leave because I always have a consistent and positive experience, but something told me check it. I opened the box and only 2 slices had a few pepperonis on it. I told the employee that I paid for a half pepperoni pizza, but this wasnt half. She said there's nothing she can do about it then finally rolled her eyes and walked off to get someone in leadership. This guy rudely asked what was wrong, and after I told him he snatched the box and yelled for another employee to make it.nnThe employee who was making the pizza had trouble understanding the order and the person leading the shift began to tell at her more and speak to her condescendingly until she understood. Finally, my pizza was done. I didn't open it before getting home because I was too tired to even give them a chance to get it wrong and figured I'd accept whatever they gave me.nnWhen I got home I tried to grab a slice and had a lot of difficulty separately the slices. When I finally separated one slice, I noticed that it was gooey and the toppings were sliding off. They had sold me a barely cooked pizza. I threw it away and just accepted it as a loss.

I recieved the wrong pizza and was missing part of my order. The driver took 45 minutes to find my house which is easy to find on google, he kept driving around the wrong side of main. In order for their mistake to be fixxed I have to send the pizza back and have the same drver come back with the right one.

Used to be good. Not sure what happened. Never again.

Placed an order at 10 pm waited an hour then tried to call to see what the hold up was and they just put me on hold and after a while just hung up they canceled my order and didnt even call me or let me know that they didnt wanna make me my food i ordered,nI work at papa johns and this is not how we papajohn!!! Not this location
