The night crew at this location is bad. If you put in an order through the app, it’s going to be missing something. Of every salad I’ve ordered online through the app, literally they forget the salad dressing every time (13/13 times). I called the night manager one time and she said she’d refund and it was never posted. I had to go in and the day manager, a gentlemen, was on top of it. The only reason I order through the app is because I like their food and I fully expect to go in the store every single time to ask for the salad dressing. In addition, if you custom order through the app, the people who prepare your entree will not include it. I’ve never been to a location which consistently and carelessly doesn’t get online orders correct. Try this yourself, order a salad through the app with dressing with the night crew and see if you actually get it. I guarantee you won’t. It’s this location specifically. The other piada locations get app orders correct with consistency. To me, this is a training issue and the manager on duty is careless.

The power bowl salad, although pricey, was well worth it! Awesome tasting and very filling. Online ordering and curbside pickup a breeze. Thank you Piada staffud83dude0a

Their night crew is terrible. Not focused, unprofessional, mess up your order even after repeating it several times during the making of it. They seem to bunch up and talk and play around in the store while supposed to be working. I have walked out of the restaurant before because they left me their standing while they were all just messing around and singing playing on their phones. This last time was the last straw and I will never step foot in there again. They gave me a carbonara bowl with no sauce on it and I missed it because I had to continually instruct them on my order. You have 3 people standing hunched together and no one is listening to the customers. The customer behind me had to walk them step by step back over his order because they were not paying attention to him as he was talking. Terrible service and terrible experience again. They are too unorganized with a lack of appropriate supervision. If the manager isn't keeping them on task then they are a problem as well. The entire crew needs to go leads and all.
