Not a good experience postal worker was on the phone talking about her dinner while she was helping me charged me to a free return the I was sending back and the company already paid for charge me for tape but let other customers use the post office free tape I will no longer come and drop off any mail or do any more of my returns and they are located in my neighborhood I will go outside to a better postal service.
I am handicapped. Why do you think I can come pick up my Amazon packages at the post office? I've been on the phone all morning with Amazon and the USPS 800 number. No explanation from the post office yet! Case number has been assigned.nnOther companies packages come right to my door. I have only had a problem in with Amazon packages coming thru USPS. Why?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this office. Rude and unhelpful, not that it matters. We are forced to deal with these folks, and they know it. The woman behind the counter during my visit epitomizes the stereotype of the government worker.
I went to pick up my mail box key and I walked in with my service animal and I was immediately greeted with “you can’t have that dog in here there is too many people” and I responded with it is a service animal (clearly marked with vest) and I’m allowed to be in here with her. She insisted I showed her my documents proving what I was saying is correct and she grabbed my phone (this is during COVID 19 pandemic) to read my whole diagnosis paper. This is illegal to ask for this document and not to mention she was very rude to me in front of at least 10 other people. I believe her name is Tia this is the second time I have been in this location with her and she has been very rude to me and other customers. I have never had an issue or had to prove that I require a service animal at any other store I have been to except for this and it was unacceptable!
Haven't had mail delivered in weeks. It was all return to sender and costed me money on packages that I was expecting and was returned. Personnel is rude and can't even get them to answer phone. This is not acceptable to the ones who are expecting very important mail.
