Regardless of the time of year or day I routinely have to wait for my meds to be filled. Sometimes it’s only an hour but often it’s several hours to being asked to come back another day. I have 2 full time jobs and can barely find time to pick up my prescriptions let alone come back the next day for them.nThey also often don’t even know what I’m supposed to be picking up (like they’ll tell me I have 1 prescription called in when really it’s 4).nThe staff is friendly but it seems like they’re unprepared for the size of community they’re providing for.nIf you’re short on time or patience I would strongly suggest finding a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy literally lied about not being able to fill a prescription for asthma medication (said that it was “pending approval from dr”.) Called my dr and another Kroger pharmacy that both confirmed that it could be filled and that it could be done in 1/2 hour, RIGHT THERE. Disgusting that they prefer lying to their customers and possibly threatening someone’s life by not giving ordered medication to avoid doing work. I would recommend to never go to this pharmacy, or honestly this Kroger as clearly there is a lack of care and work ethic— and honestly don’t trust how they handle food items if they cannot be trusted to scan a box of medication and charge me for it

I don’t think I’ve gotten out in under 20 minutes. There was literally one person ahead of me in line...nEdit: Did up to 2 stars because the person at the counter was very nice and polite. Still seems painfully inefficient though

I went in to pick up my prescription at 9:30 am. My dr had sent it over 10 minutes earlier. They told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I sent my wife to get it at 12:30 and it still wasn’t ready.nnThey are terrible! Not the first time it has happened. I really don’t know why I go there.
