The staff was really good. Their doing a great job under pressure. The wait was over 2 hours on a normal Wednesday morning at 8 am.

Ever since the pandemic hit this has become the worst BVM location in the Columbus area. Very slow and expect you to stand outside in cold conditions. Please don’t waist your time here unless you’re doing your drivers test.

It's Tuesday, 12:03 pm. I've been trying to call this location since 8 am, and it has continuously rang busy. I'm not wasting anymore time. I'd rather drive to Newark. At least they answer the phone...rude, maybe...but they answer.
