So their system is very good. Go online early and set up an appointment. Then make sure you CONFIRM IT when you arrive. You will be in there with a both number within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. The service was amazing and the people were so kind and made the process as easy as it could be even though I thought my situation would be difficult. Very impressed!

I had a great experience there yesterday. Brian K helped me through a couple of complicated transactions. I really appreciate the friendly service provided there. Also had the occasion to return a few days later to complete a title transfer, and Laura was so helpful also. Great service !

I had to transfer some auto titles to my name and sent them an email to inquire what I needed - it took a couple of days but I got a good reply. All visits are appt. only right now. I chose this location because I knew where it was and is just a freeway drive away. I tried to call the appt. line but it went in a loop without getting anywhere (this is why I took a star off). I went to the chat line and I was given the appt link which worked very well. I made an appt. for 10:45 on a Friday. From my confirmation email, I punched in my cell # for the check-in and was told I would be sent a text when they were ready for me. I sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes past my appt time and was worried I would be missed/forgotten. I then got the text to go to a window and which one.nnThe clerk was so wonderful and knew what he was doing. He completed forms for me and explained everything he was doing and what I was signing. It took no more than 15-20 minutes and I was done.nnThe process was so much improved from the old days of standing in line for a long length of time.nnGreat experience!

Besides having a schedule appointment online last week, my visit went very smoothly today. Ian was great he helped me out every way possible and got me out of there quick and fast. Very pleasant attitude keep up the good work Ian

I had a great experience. I made an online appointment was called in 5 minutes from the specified time. My customer service representative, Sean M was outstanding! My entire transaction took less than 15 minutes.
