Always enjoy fried chicken, orders are usually correct. A little more consistency, and it may be back to where it was a couple of years ago. This was supposed to be a couple years ago with the management team is very consistent in the quality freshness and consistency of the product drive through is fast and I believe that you'll be satisfied with your order good job KFC

Food was fresh and delicious but I waited 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone greeted me to take my order.

I'll admit I'm a little miffed about not getting cole slaw anymore but since when does a 3 pc combo mean 3 wings? My order left a lot of empty room in the box, and my stomach.

1st Time EVERY have I went there and, DID NOT RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER!!!!! Spent, $65.00 and didn't even come Home w/ Half My FLIPP'IN order.... I could've Understood, Had They been Busy.... But, Sad Thing is.... They wasn't.... But, called and Spoke 2 Manager.... And, He did Make it right.... Thank You Manager of, KFC on Memorial Dr. in Lancaster, Ohio....

Forgot most of our order again for the 3rd time in 2 months. Would be nice to get ahold of the owner and let him know.
