I love chipotle but this location the workers were so rude. I went in at night and no one acknowledged anyone who came in. Multiple people were there to order or pick up food and no one came out to the counter. Multiple employees saw we were all there and just turned around and acted like we weren't there. I asked for my order and was never given it and no one came out again to explain anything. 3 people left because we were all ignored just in the short time I was there (not including me). I'd go to a different location for sure next time.

DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR. I have gone here twice out of convenience in the last week and both experiences where horrible. When they only accepted online orders, I waited 45 minutes for an online order with a hoard of people whose orders were also late. Once I got my food, calling it warm would be generous, it was also a smaller portion than expected. I used to work at a Chipotle and I understand that certain portions aren't that much but this was pathetic. The second visit was also an online order because I assumed the store was still only accepting online orders. The line was recently opened and I regret ordering online. Not only was my order late and it would have been faster to order in the line, they LOST my order. I was not offered so much as an apology for either experiences and am disappointed in the customer service in all.nEdit: I forgot to mention they they messed up my order as well. :/

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THE APP for pickup/delivery from here. It’s quicker to just go through the line. Been waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 25mins ago. 9 other people are also waiting for their orders. Super slow.

After waiting in line for 20+ minutes, we are next in line and they are out of sour cream, salsa, black beans, steak, brisket, white rice, and brown rice. The restaurant looked like a bomb went off. The employees were fighting. The worker on the cash register took a drink out of the fridge without gloves on, took a drink out of it and put it back into the fridge. Absolutely disgusting. We will not be returning and I would advise you to do the same.
