WORST customer service ever. I’ve tried calling 3 different times and not ONE person ever answered the phone. I was on hold each time close to 15 minutes. What is the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers?? Even the “manager” line NEVER ANSWERED the phone. Literal joke!!!! Worst papa John’s experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight 1 works and 1 stuffed crust and find out they cant get the order correct. Called the store to find out where my order is and they say the driver is on the way.They made 1 pizza stuffed crust works not what i ordered will not be going back to them for a while or until they get better management in there Bridgewater Falls !!!! Also person answering the phone was not very professional !!!!

We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY too much sauce. It was requested as well done...not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork.nnThe latter of the two pies was not only not cut all the way through but also, look at the different sized slices. What a joke.nnNot the first time we've had a problem here. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m mostly always satisfied with this place. I bought some chicken wings. They seemed soggy and possibly under cooked. I had a belly ache and wasn’t in the mood to call and notify the store of my complaint. I just ordered a pizza for tonight and explained my dissatisfaction with the wings. He said there was nothing he could do because I didn’t call the day I bought them. I understand but just disappointed.
