I called 3 weeks ago to get letters certifying SSN's for my daughter and I. Still waiting. My daughter wants to get her license and her job needs a copy of her card. The young man on the phone said I'd have them in a week.. ud83dude44

I have never been treated so rudely and unfairly over the phone. Mrs. Wilson hung up on me, she cut me off several times so I could never get any questions answered. This office has my original ID card and social security card. I just need my documents please and my sons social security card. I wasn’t treated with care at all. How do you hang up on someone who is asking when will they get what they applied for back with original documents? I can’t do anything without my ID, it’s been two weeks already. I can’t show my ID to purchase things because this office has my only photo ID. Please process my application and send me my documents please.

I had my phone appointment to apply for social security today. Tom McKenna provided excellent information! I thought I knew what I wanted to do before the call; however, he provided other options so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated all the helpful information and am pleased with my final choice based on the options provided. Thanks so much for the time, trouble, and patience with me!
