Ring's End

Local hardware store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well organized and easy to browse. In and out with what I needed in a couple of minutes.

This store has to have the rudest,crudest, employees I have ever met.nI was trying to get an idea on my remodeled kitchen and the salesman plotted out a drawing for me. He wouldn't give me a breakdown on the cabinets and I needed to show the drawing to my wife since she couldn't come because she was working. I was going to order everything that day. I went elsewhere. And the counter women are rude and unprofessional. Never will I go back.

The 'behind the counter' teams of the lumber and paint departments are really first-rate professionals. Dave, Tim, Markens, Mike and Colocai thank you.

Terrible experience, at counter is bad but at the warehouse is beyond of terrible, with only two exceptions and I'm not a one time only buyer, shop there multiple times and on other stores for over 20 years. But after today that's it no more, they need to change the staff on the yard, before they make the store close their door for good.nDon't let that happen to you, go to another Ring's End. 1 star is only to be allowed to publish the post.
