Very efficiently run. Easy and affordable overnight parking in the near by lot. Trolleys are available to shift luggage from the car into the boat.nDeducted 1 star as we had to pay for the garbage bags we carried back from our island camp. They should put a notice board that we are supposed to leave the garbage bags on the island !!

We have been going to Norowal for years. Our last visit a few weeks back, we misplaced our trailer lock key. A gentleman there grinded it off and got us a pin to put in its place, all at no charge. Great service and everyone was friendly and helpful. See you next September!

I wouldn't use this company if launching my boat there were free. I will be visiting the lake next week and called to see what I might need to know before bringing my boat up and launching. When the phone was answered i said hi how's it going, to which the woman on the other line angrily responded that we're busy, what do you need. I don't mean to be sensitive, but I also did nothing to impact that woman's predisposition and think that is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I was calling to help educate myself proactively, rather than driving 3 hours, showing up next weekend, and being ill-prepared. Based off of her tone of voice I said wow, never mind and hung up. I will always chose a company that cares enough to help me feel comfortable with the situation; NOT HERE.

We’ve been launching here forever going back to when Buzz owned the place. Seen several different managers throughout the years since he sold it to the town and they have all been very friendly and helpful. The people there now are AWESOME especially the docknboys. Wouldn’t launch anywhere else.

We launched and parked here a few days when visiting Lake George. Everyone is super courteous and they certainly know what they are doing. Great place!
