Was turned away. They supposedly have a nurse practitioner that works there but she was not there and was told she left at 1pm but I said your hours are till 8pm and the receptionist said yeah and? I am very confused as to why there is a urgi center there if there is no one to see you for an emergency???
Worst experience here. People at the front are rude and low class. Won’t go back.
I went there today and I was turned away ,i was told to go to the doctor's office on forest ave ..I told them I live right on the same block as this place and still nothing , and now I have to take a medical cab to a place that's far away when I live right next to this one ...
