Ironic that they offer mental health services when it just causes more stress and aggravation. I was supposed to see a psychiatrist to get some sleeping pills and was waiting on line. I had one person ahead of me and we were both still waiting with only one person at their computer not even paying attention to us. Secretary finally called the guy in front of me and at this point I'm about 5 minutes late from my appointed time. More secretaries finally come and I get called over and now I'm about 10 mins late. The woman who attended me was insanely nasty, rolling her eyes, whispering so I would have to keep asking what she said. The psychiatrist wasn't even answering her phone to know that I was there so I didn't even get to see her. And then the nasty woman kept saying it was my fault since I was late. When I showed up early. Man, I don't even leave reviews anywhere but they messed with my sleep and I couldn't get my medicine. I withdrew my treatment from there. This place is garbage.

Once I went there with the delivery of medication that I delivery for a pharmacy located in hylan blwd and the receptionist is on the phone with her husband about talk a broken door. She kept me in line for 10 mins and then start sending me here and there for another 20 mins or something. Finally a guy works with her accept the stuff bcz I first came in the right place and that lady keep sending me to the wrong places.. the receptionists working is so bad and they don’t even know how there process is happening

Called to make an appointment for a specialist but they said I’ve to change my PCP to do so!
