This place is the best. There isn't too many brick and mortar travel agents around and let me tell you now I know why they have been around for decades. Seriously blown away by their service. From the time you walk in they make you feel comfortable. It's not one of those phony place that smile just to get your business.They are real people who know their craft and care about their customers. Sal makes you feel like you walked into his house to sit at the table. Very warm and inviting. I have been dealing with Larissa who has helped us book 12 rooms ( possibly more) a cruise for my daughter sweet 16. We were Rushing to book to save on a 30 off promo. She went over and beyond to help us with all the different request from other people in our group. Let me tell you it not easy trying to coordinate all this but she did an amazing job. Never cracked under the pressure of my crazy group and did a great job trying to save us money.nTruly one of the great small businesses of Staten Island. If your looking to travel try these guys out . Personalized service and they beat Expedia..its definitely a spot to check for your next vacation whether it's a 2 people or a big group give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience with Princess travel agency! The cruise price was cheaper then everywhere else I searched. Sal was very helpful explaining everything since it was our first time cruising. Definitely will go back!

Recently booked a Cruise trip with Princess Travel and it was such a pleasant experience. Sal, was such a big help in getting my party perks for our trip that we never would have gotten if we had gone anywhere else. He was also extremely helpful in going over our itinerary and giving us tips as to the best spots on the cruise ship to go to. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

I went into princess travel agency needing to plan my trip to California. Gian went above and beyond to help plan this trip. The whole staff and atmosphere was very pleasant and accommodating.
