Amazing! I refered a # of people and even my pain management Dr was amazed at my neck after a week from my 1st set of trigger shots followed by 2 visits with Joy (who is the only person I allow to touch my neck) they are all detailed and recovery oriented not to mention super nice! I've been going for the last 4,5 years on and off and wouldn't change a thingud83dudc4dud83dude0a

I have been a patient at Masefield & Cavallaro Staten Island location for quite a while now. They have treated me for bilateral carpal tunnel & are presently treating me for arthritis in my knees. I have experienced several therapists and I liked them all. I especially like Joy. She is thorough and goes into detail examining and treating me. I want to mention that every employee is friendly and helpful, even the assistants. Sam is very sweet and goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable during heat application and she helps me learn my exercises correctly. Maggie at the front desk is so nice and runs the whole operation very efficiently! I am very lucky to have this wonderful office so close to home!

Overall my experience at MCPT was outstanding. Each of the young ladies made my recovery quick and painless. Maggie and Toni at the front desk made setting up appointments very easy. Leandra and Tricia both worked very hard to get me back on my feet as quickly as possible. Sam was always there helping me with my exercises and pushing me in the gym. The overall atmosphere of this office is very upbeat and positive. The patients recovery is their main concern. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Masefield & Cavallaro is exceptional! Joy is amazing! She is very thorough and reliable in her evaluation and diagnosis. I have been going to her practice for years along with my family. I highly recommend.
