CHCR Dental and Medical Specialty Center

Every time I go there these girls at the counter have a really bad attitude. I noticed one more thing that if you’re hispanic you’ll be treated differently. Very sad to see that in NY ☹ufe0f

I called 1/27/20 to make an appointment for me and my daughter and was informed to go to the one all the way on bay street to be there at 9:15 for 1/28/20. As instructed I arrived here today with my daughter at 9:02 only for them to be closed mind you I’m standing outside with my child in 37 degrees weather . Whose a known asthmatic. I called their office multiple times only to get know answer. I then proceeded to go to the other side of where the health care center was only for them to tell me they would reschedule in call me back. No one has called me back or answered their phones or even cared I was waiting outside with my child or that I spent money on a cab I didn’t have

This place has excellent doctors and great friendly staff. I love the fact that everyone there is bilingual. they are great in respecting your appointment and time. Thank you all and keep up the good work!!!!

By far the cleanest dentist i've visited in a while. the staff is very courteous and professional. so i waited a little while extra but knowing the place is sterile makes up for it.

The worst place ever I wish it wasn't a weekend because I'll change my doctors asap. I called because I had appointment today but I was in so much pain I was trying to schedule for something much later cause I needed assistance to get to the Dr and not one person answered the phone its 12am I'm in so much pain and I called 10 times and literally waited for 5 mins no recorder to leave a message or nothing the worst of the worst in medical centers
