Staten Island Mall Dental, P.C.

Once again this office disappoints me. I call about jaw pain and to see if they have any available upcoming dates, they tell me they have emergency services from 11-1. I think, great! I just need some relief so I tell them I’m on my way. I get there and the receptionist tells me the oral surgeon left. What am I supposed to do about that?? Why am I being told one thing, only to come all the way over here and get told to essentially go away.

Please close down. You are the worst dental place in the world. I wish I could give a .5 of a star. You sit in the waiting room for 3hrs even if you're the only one (which u nvr r). Then dentists see your teeth says sees nothing and gives appts 6months from now. Terrible!

Worst ever!! Staff extremely rude. The technician is very rough on the cleaning. Dentist did absolutely nothing!! Made me open my mouth close it a few times and done!

Most of the staff is very rude and aggressive. They will argue with you and be unprofessional I can’t wait to get my braces off I never want to come back .
