Only open from 9 to 1145 so if u have to pay a ticket better mail it if you have a life

I missed a court hearing for a speeding violation (I was going about 8 mph over the speed limit, but received a ticket for 20 over because I believe the officer confused, or profiled, my car as many people had been pulled over and similar red car sped past me earlier) because I wasn't notified of the date and time. I wrote the court, hired a lawyer, and the Judge refused to hear my case. Very unjust situation that I had to pay over $1000 for (as a college student).
